 Named the Tata Trusts Small Animal Hospital, it is built on a sprawling 2.2 acres for INR 165 crore and is set to be a world-class facility for animal care. The facility is set to be one of the few spaces providing 24x7 care for dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small animals & house pets.

MUMBAI: At 86, Ratan Tata is ready to roll out his latest and long-pending 'pet' project — an animal hospital for Mumbai. Conceived out of his struggle and the transcontinental quest to find advanced healthcare for his injured dog, the hospital is all set to finally see the light of day in the first week of March.
